As a project for CODE2040's Hack for Diversity, we built a web application is meant to identify a recruiter's bias by making him/her choose between two equivalent resumes with gendered and ethnic names. She worked as a summer intern at Facebook during the Summer of 2013. I was on the Facebook Home project, and I implemented Friend Request notifications and Group Posts on the news feed within the application.
