A platform to connect remote volunteers with non profit organizations in Puerto Rico. Sign up at diasporaboricua.org. This product won second place in Hack 4 Puerto Rico during the Summer of 2014

SKILL TRADE

An application started in the 2014 Greylock Hackfest aims to connect people with the purpose of skill sharing. GitHub Repo

BIAS ANALYTICS

As a project for CODE2040's Hack for Diversity, we built a web application is meant to identify a recruiter's bias by making him/her choose between two equivalent resumes with gendered and ethnic names. We believe the first step to fight bias in recruiting is identifying it. The project won 2nd place in the hackathon. GitHub Repo

FACEBOOK INTERNSHIP

She worked as a summer intern at Facebook during the Summer of 2013. I was on the Facebook Home project, and I implemented Friend Request notifications and Group Posts on the news feed within the application.

MICROSOFT - BPPR DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

During the Summer of 2012, Estefania had an internship at Microsoft in Puerto Rico working on a Data Management System for Banco Popular Puerto Rico. 

 

BONDED WAREHOUSE

This is a business application developed for Coca Cola as contract work for Strata Consulting.
